What is the low emissions zone ?.

The Low Emission Zone (LEZ) was introduced in 2008 to encourage the most polluting heavy diesel vehicles driving in the Capital to become cleaner. The LEZ covers most of Greater London. To drive within it without paying a daily charge these vehicles must meet certain emissions standards that limit the amount of particulate matter (a type of pollution) coming from their exhausts.

 Would my vehicle be affected ?

 From 3 January 2012, larger vans and minibuses will need to  meet the Euro 3 emissions standard for particulate matter  and lorries, buses and coaches will need to meet Euro IV

What are my options ?

We at Exhaustsforanycar.com, we specialize in Retro fitting  a fully compliant Diesel particulate filter , for medium to large vans. We use an EMICON system, which is a market leader in the Diesel particulate filter league. 

Basic Prices

The Diesel Particulate Filters start from £1490 + Vat for the units that cover vehicles upto 2.0 Litre

Vehicles that are 2.0 Ltr to 3.0  Ltr are £1650 + vat  /  Other larger vehicles POA

Fitting and availabilty 

Aprox fitting time is 4-6 hours per vehicle. The cost is from £299 + vat for fitting

The Turnaround time in present conditions would be about 2-3 weeks for us to received the DPF unit.

The schedule

Call us to book your vehicle in. At this stage we would require a deposit to get the booking confirmed. A typical example would be 25% of the total ( aprox £500 )

When your DPF filter has been received by us, we get a convenient time for you to bring the vehicle in for your DPF installation, Simple!

Please note

As we are only an istallation depot, we do not offer the test certificate . This would be obtainable from one of the many Vosa centres that offer this service. We do however have a Vosa centre within 5 minutes from our premises which may be the most suitable option for you.
